Headquartered in New Delhi, we specialize in tunnels, hydroelectric, irrigation and transportation (road & railway) projects and industrial infrastructure across India.

Mr. Manjit Singh
Chairman
Mechanical Engineer with 45+ years’ experience in civil and hydroelectric construction. A diligent and observant leader, he has developed expertise in all aspects of civil construction projects — from civil processes and methodologies to mechanical and electrical machinery functionality, equipment operations, and spare parts management. Pioneered major tunneling and dam projects across India.
Mr. Anand Anu
Managing Director
Graduate Engineer and MBA (USA) with two decades of cross-industry experience spanning construction, manufacturing, logistics, consulting, and technology. Leveraging his diverse background, he spearheads business development for HCCPL, driving strategic growth initiatives and new market expansion.
Mr. Harisharan Singh
Director
B.Tech and MBA (Warwick Business School, UK). Leads operations on key heavy civil projects in Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, he possesses experience organizing sports and cultural events through his other entrepreneurial ventures, further strengthening HCCPL’s stakeholder engagement and brand outreach.

Civil Engineer with 35+ years in hydroelectric and underground infrastructure. Former ED‑Projects at THDC India Ltd., specializing in contract management, TBM tunneling, and environmental and social compliance.
